How to use

Apply daily AM/PM 1-2 dropperfuls or as needed to clean fingertips and then gently massage onto intimate skin, including inner and outer labia. Wait at least 5–10 minutes to apply post-shave, wax or laser. We recommend a patch test upon first use to make sure it's all good before you continue with application.

Dermatologically tested. Meant for use as vulvar care (the skin surrounding the vagina.) External use only. Safe for use during pregnancy. We recommend talking to your doctor about using intimate skin care if you're unsure. If any discomfort occurs, stop use and contact your doctor immediately. Do not apply oil on any presently infected areas or open cuts due to shaving.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Bella Vérité will happily accept returns on unopened merchandise in original packaging within 21 days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

When will my order be shipped?

We want you to be able to enjoy your new items as soon as possible, so we do our very best to process and ship most orders the same day. Orders placed on non-business days or national holidays will be shipped the following business day.

How do I track my order?

After your order is placed, we will email you a purchase receipt. Once your order is processed, you will receive another email with your tracking and shipping details. Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after the order has shipped.

What if my item was damaged or defective?

If your item was damaged during shipping, please accept our sincere apologies and email us right away, so we can make it right.
